Refund Policy
Returns
We do not accept returns as all cards are made for personal use. To be eligible for a refund, we require a receipt or a proof of purchase in the form of an order number or e-receipt sent by email and your order status should be “pending” as per our system delivery tracking.Â
Refunds (if applicable)Â
If your Imperial Card is damaged upon delivery, you may be eligible for a replacement. We offer replacements for damaged Imperial Card with a proof by photo within 48 hours of delivery. If you are having trouble with compatible phones and you would like to request a refund or replacement, please contact us at info@imperial-cards.com
Once approved for a refund, we will send you an email notifying you that we have refunded your purchase. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment, within 2-4 days.Â

Your Imperial Card has a lifetime warranty.Â

Delayed/missing refunds (if applicable)Â
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
